CANCELLATION
& NO SHOW POLICY
Due to high demand for appointments please understand that appointment times are limited, therefore any late notices for cancellations or no shows are critical to our buisness.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hrs prior to your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee or the redemption of any deposit paid. If you are to arrive late your appointment we may not be able to complete part or possibly all of your booked service/s, this will result in a cancellation fee or the redemption of any deposit paid.
In the case of a no show, a fee of $100 will apply before any further bookings are able to be made and any deposits valid at the time of the no show will be forfeited.
All appointments require a $50 deposit to be paid prior to the day of your appointment. All bookings of 1 hour or more will require a $100 deposit.
We understand that emergencies and serious situations can arrise unexpectedly, in these cases any deposits paid may be applied to future services at the disgretion of TIQ.
REFUND
POLICY
All purchases and payments made at The Injectables Queen are non refundable.
Pre-paid services cannot be transferred from one client account to another.
Pre-paid services will be treated as a monetary value and can be exchanged for other services or products.
Product purchases cannot be returned or exchanged once the product has been taken from the clinic. When purchasing skincare products or services it is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any known allergies your pregnancy status that you are aware of at the time of purchase. In the case of an allergic reaction products cannot be refunded or exchanged as allergies can present at anytime and are not the fault of the therapist or client.
COVID 19
& VACCINATIONS
In recent events and directions of Department of Health, regarding COVID-19 and Cosmetic Injectables, you will need to allow a minimum of 2 weeks between any vaccination/booster, a positive covid test and your Dermal Filler treatment.
PREGNANCY &
BREASTFEEDING
As a priority of client safety we are unable to perform ANY Cosmetic Injectable, th treatment on anyone that is currently:
- Pregnant
- Breastfeeding
- Undergoing IVF or Fertility Treatment
Below is a list of Dermal Therapy treatments that are also not suitable for the above clients:
- Clear Skin Peel
- Ultimate Resurfacing Peel
- Skin Rejuvenation with Tixel
- Stretch Mark Reduction with Tixel
- Skin Needling with SkinPen (this treatment can be performed WITHOUT the use of numbing cream.
ALLERGIES
As a priority of client safety we ask that you disclose any and all allergies that you are aware of at the time of any service at TIQ.
TIQ cannot be held accoutable in the event that an allergic reaction occurs during or post treatment, in the case that allergies have not been disclosed or you are not aware of at the time of treatment.
Various Skin Queen products can contain nut elements. It is vital that you make your Nurse or Therapist aware of ANY nut allergies that you are aware of.
Any client with an Aspirin allergy is unable to have the following treatments:

- Ultimate Resurfacing Skin Peel
