Nurse Telisa Founder & Director
Telisa is a Registered Nurse with a background in emergency Nursing.
She found her passion for Cosmetic Injectables and has been injecting since 2015. Her career in the industry grew quite quickly due to her passion and dedication to helping her patients feel their best by enhancing their natural features using Cosmetic Injectables.
Telisa loves to train and mentor other injectors in the cosmetic injectables industry, helping guide them to grow their career and/or businesses following industry standards.
Telisa has found her niche in Cosmetic Injectables, her work is reflected by her highly booked out calendar. She continues to learn new techniques and treatments to ensure she is providing the best treatment plans for all of her clients. Telisa is a very knowledgable and experienced injector who takes pride in providing knowledge to all of her clients, to ensure a well established treatment plan is created to suit each clients needs.
Nurse Leila
Leila has been working in the Healthcare Industry for over a decade now. Leila also holds Diplomas in Counselling and Nutrition.
Leila has a strong eye for detail, is innovative and approaches each treatment holistically. Her priority is to create the best treatment plan for each client. Leila specialises in lower face including jawline and jowl area.
Leila actively undertakes ongoing training, attends conferences to keep up to date with current best practices for ongoing professional development.
Leila is known for her gentle treatment techniques and putting her clients minds at ease. Leila is extrememly caring and understanding of her clients overall experience, she loves to help her clients feel more confident in their own skin as she knows when you feel your best self, you are your best self!
Nurse Laura
Our Queen of the Central Coast!
Laura is a Registered Nurse with almost a decade of experience within the healthcare system. Graduating back in 2018 she has since been lucky enough to work within multiple clinical settings including both medical and surgical.
Laura has always had an interest in all things beauty since a young age. Growing up around makeup and fashion she has created an aesthetic eye for detail and has a passion for empowering others to feel confident within themselves, leading her to Cosmetic Injectables. Clinically trained by our head Queen Telisa, Laura has also attended numerous training facilitations and conferences, further adding to her skillset.
Laura loves a challenge and as no one’s lips are the same she loves to correct any asymmetry’s and give back lost volume via a ‘natural aesthetic’ look. “The beauty about dermal filler is that clients get to leave the clinic with an instant result”.
Nurse Shania
Shania completed her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Newcastle in 2019 and has been working within the hospital sector until joining the TIQ team where she has found her passion, that’s for sure!
After completing her bachelor’s degree, Shania completed a Cosmetic Injecting course with the academy of Cosmetic Medicine and Science in Sydney in 2021. Shania continues to grow her injecting theoretical and practical knowledge and skills through ongoing training with The Injectables Queens and ongoing revision of the facial anatomy.
Although Shania loves performing all the treatments, she specifically loves performing Cheek Enhancements with the use of Dermal Fillers!
"When performed correctly, cheek filler can give the appearance of a mini face lift and give a nice lift to the mid face. I also love that I can use a cannula to make the treatment as safe and comfortable as possible for the client".
Nurse Elise
Elise is a Registered Nurse passionate about aesthetics and helping others to feel the most confident version of themselves. With an eye for detail, Elise loves helping her clients to safely achieve their aesthetic goals. Her caring disposition provides a safe environment that allows you to feel comfortable and confident as she delivers personalised treatment to meet individual needs.
As well as a Cosmetic Injector Elise continues to work for Australia's largest paediatric network within the hospital system as a Paediatric Nurse.
Elise also has a passion for research and aesthetic medicine as she is currently completing her honours research on Botulinum Toxin Type A (the amazing medication we use in clinic for anti-wrinkle treatment) and its versatile beneficial uses for the treatment of various neurological disorders.
Nurse Ken
Ken completed his Bachelors of Nursing Degree in 2018 and has been a Registered Nurse for the past 5 years working in the medical, rehab and surgical sector.
Ken is an experienced Nurse that has developed a very patient-centric approach and strives to achieve complete and total patient satisfaction. Ken is adaptive and has strong clinical skills to ensure the safety of his clients.
Ken is a perfectionist with a keen eye for detail, he is also kind and honest. His upbeat nature helps patients feel comfortable throughout their aesthetic journey, both in and out of the clinic. He has found his passion, making everybody feel comfortable in their own skin and boosting individuals self-esteem with natural enhancements. Ken has a passion in creating beautiful lips, chiseled jawlines and plumped cheeks, however Ken finds Lip Enhancemnts to be the most enjoyable part of his job.
Nurse Shan
Shan is a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with years of experience in various clinical areas of the healthcare system. Since graduating in 2020, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of her patients.
Currently, Shan works in the Operating Theatres department, drawing on her background in perioperative and surgical nursing to contribute to daily transformations that require surgical intervention. Her passion for helping people achieve greater confidence and self-esteem without the need for major surgery has led her to specialise in cosmetic nursing.
As a Cosmetic Injector, Shan combines her creativity and aesthetic sense with her commitment to patient safety, always ensuring that her clients receive the highest quality care. She is dedicated to continuing her education and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and treatment options to offer customised and personalised care to her clients.
Shan's warm and friendly personality exudes an infectious energy, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all her clients. Shan takes great pride in her gentle and perfectionist approach to ensuring that each client receives the highest quality of service possible. She is eager to share her knowledge and expertise with her clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding their health and appearance. Shan is excited to welcome new faces and is committed to building lasting relationships with her clients at the Erina and Charlestown clinics.
Nurse Tahlia
Tahlia is a gentle and warm Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Injector.
Tahlia joins us as an experience Cosmetic Injector and has a background as a Dental Nurse of 6 years.
Tahlia seamlessly blends her healthcare knowledge and creativity. Tahlia is dedicated to assisting clients in achieving their desired outcomes, prioritizing safety, and maintaining a naturally beautiful appearance. Her attention to detail ensures every client is confident and looking and feeling their absolute best.

Ellarna
Ellarna is our head therapist at TIQ with 10 years experience in the beauty industry. Ellarna has gained a wealth of knowledge during her career and has a passion for all things skin.
Over the past 10 years Ellarna has gained extensive experience with medical grade skin treatments such as Skin Needling, Skin Resurfacing, Laser Skin Treatments, high strength Skin Peels and more.
Ellarna has a passion for internal health and believes that a truly healthy skin starts on the inside. Ellarna is an expert at treatment planning and educating her clients on what their skin needs are and why.
Ellarna's goal is to restore her clients faith in their skincare and achieve life changing results that leave her clients glowing with new found confidence.
Elise
With over 4 years of experience treating skin concerns, Elise is extremely passionate about achieving her clients goals. With a deep understanding of various skin types and conditions, Elise will tailor personalised treatments to address her client’s unique needs.
Elise is passionate about educating her clients on how to improve their skin concerns from the inside out and will take the time to educate her clients on gut health, hormones, diet and more.
Elise's favourite treatments to perform are SkinPen and Tixel as these treatments are able to achieve substantial results when targeting difficult skin conditions such as Melasma, Acne and Rosacea.
Elise is dedicated to building long lasting relationships with her clients while guiding them through their skin journey with confidence.
